Do I have to get on a call?

What does "staging-tested updates" mean?
Instead of updating plugins directly on your live store (and hoping nothing breaks), I run every update on an exact copy of your site first. Only after confirming everything works — including checkout — do the updates go live. Many cheaper services push updates straight to production; that’s a real financial risk for a store taking payments.
What counts as a "development task"?
Small jobs like layout tweaks, banner changes, adding a section, configuring a plugin, styling fixes — anything that fits inside your plan’s monthly hours. Bigger projects (new features, redesigns, custom integrations) get a separate fixed quote, always approved by you first.
My site is already hacked / broken. Can you fix it first?

Do you work with my hosting?
